The TCA (Television Critics Association) continues their annual fall and winter tour of new series in Los Angeles today with Paramount taking the stage to promote its transition from Spike to ParamountNet and show off the awaited series Waco, Heathers and last but certainly not least, Yellowstone. Kelly, alongside co-stars Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbillie and Gil Birmingham were in attendance to talk about the series.

After a quick promo reel for the show, in which at one point we must see Kelly’s character Beth charging at wolves, Kelly revealed that she was terrified during that scene as there were 6 very real wolves involved. Way to go, Kelly!

With less than 30 days until the series premiere of their new series, Britannia, Sky has begun to release more information including this in-depth pack of treasures. Inside is a character guide, some behind the scenes looks at production, an episode guide, Q&A with Kelly, David, Zoe, Mackenzie and creators Jez and his brother Tom, and much more!

I’ve got the entire set of pages uploaded to the gallery and you can view it all by clicking on the links before. Spoilers ahead, so consider yourself warned. Nobody wants to be civilised after all.

Britannia premieres January 18 on Sky and NowTV

The first small clips of Britannia have made their way online, last month in fact! A small page called VGX posted the February advert for Sky TV which included some very quick snippets of Kelly and co-star David Morrissey in the new series.

I’ve made some screencaptures and added them to the gallery:

Britannia premieres sometime in 2017 on Sky UK and Amazon Prime.

Britannia finishing filming today and to celebrate, Sky released the first promotional photos for the series including two photos of series leads, Kelly Reilly and David Morrissey! Britannia premieres in 2017 on Amazon and Sky 1 and while no promo trailer for the series has surfaced yet, the photos themselves already have many people talking!

I’ve uploaded two HQ photos of Kelly to the gallery, one of her promo shots and an episode still:

Sky also shared a small description of Kelly’s character:

Kerra is the fearless and strong-minded daughter of Pellenor, King of the Cantii. Her independent streak puts her at odds with her family, but when the Romans invade, she will have to choose between her own feelings, her tribal duty and the demands of the druids.

Back in 1998, Kelly starred in the six part mini series Children of the New Forest, based off the children’s novel. She played Patience Heatherstone, the new Intendant’s daughter. I’ve got a little over 1200 captures from the five parts of the series Kelly was featured in and they’re now all uploaded in the gallery.

The 1640s, the time of the English Civil War. Colonel Beverley, a Royalist, squire of Arnwood and High Keeper of the New Forest, leaves to join the King’s army. He dies at the Battle of Naseby, leaving his two sons and two daughters in the care of their Aunt Judith. A troop of Parliamentary soldiers and their Leveller preacher, Abel Corbould, come to Arnwood. The four Beverley children are smuggled out of Arnwood, taken to Jacob Armitage, a royalist forester’s home in the forest and hidden there. The children encounter various adventures, become involved with the family of Parliament’s new Intendant of the New Forest, Heatherstone, and eventually join a conspiracy to help King Charles, who has escaped from captivity.
